The staff was very helpful . i had the veggie breakfast twice. It featured good quality, plant-based sausages. the location is great. Transport links are nearby. i also found the room to be spacious.

The veggie breakfast was delicious, with good quality plant based sausages! i had it twice and i was so happy. the staff were really friendly and helpful. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them. they were also full of any information i needed, great!
The sheets in my room had blood stains, quite shocking. i also found a lighter and a mars bar under the bed, suggesting it hadn't been cleaned properly. i spotted cracks on the roof and damp patches. I didn't expect this wear and tear based on the photos.

faulty window limited breakfast
the staff were helpful they provided assistance when needed.
the room i was assigned had a window that wouldn't fully close air was seeping in making it uncomfortably cold i requested a room change but none were available i also found the breakfast options limited particularly the lack of variety in fresh fruit.

mostly decent stay
plentiful breakfast spacious room sea view window issue long wait sealed window
the breakfast was plentiful. the room was spacious. it was clean and we had a sea view. the bar and food were good and reasonably priced.
i arrived at 2:00 pm expecting to check in, but my room had not been cleaned. i had to wait downstairs for one and a half hours before i could get in. one of the windows only partially opened, and the others were sealed shut. this was uncomfortable, especially since it was hot.
